Lesson Policies
We will provide refunds for patrons who cancel their lessons if they cancel 7 days or more prior to the start of the lesson series. Lesson cancellations must come in writing via email. This can be to info@passpool.ca OR poolprogrammer@crowsnestpass.com
- Lessons may need to be cancelled due to inclement weather, water contaminations and imbalances. While we do our best to avoid these from happening, it is something we are prepared for.
- Should a lesson need to be cancelled, you will be notified in advance by a Crowsnest Pass Pool staff member via email or phone as soon as it is known that the lesson will not be taking place. We will also post on Facebook & Instagram with the notice.
- Should a make up lesson be required, we will be in contact within 24 hours of the cancellation with a lesson plan.
- There will be no refunds available for a single lesson cancellation (In the 5-lesson program)
- Occasionally, there will be the cause for multiple lessons in a lesson set to be cancelled. While we aim to never have this happen, it is something we are prepared for.
- You will be notified once there has been a second lesson cancelled in a lesson set by a Crowsnest Pass Pool staff member, either via email or phone that there has been a second lesson cancelled.
- We will follow up with you you via email to set up a make up lesson set.
- We will provide refunds if we are unable to makeup the lesson or if you are unable to move to the new date.
