Programming
There’s something for everyone at the Pass Pool this season. Whether you’re looking to swim laps, cool off with the family, build water confidence, or get a great workout in the water, we’ve got a program for you.
This season’s offerings include Lane Swim, Lane + Leisure, Public Swim, Aquafit, and our new Summer Splash Fitness Series. Find details for each program below.

PUBLIC SWIM
Open to everyone! Public Swim is the perfect time to splash around with family and friends, cool off, and enjoy the pool at your own pace.
Good to know:
- The hot tub, slide, and leisure pool are all open during Public Swim.
- Children under 8 must always be within arm’s reach of an active supervisor or caregiver at least 13 years of age, unless they have successfully passed the facility swim test overseen by a lifeguard.
Please note: capacity limits may apply during busy times, and admission may be restricted once we reach capacity.
LANE SWIM
Get your laps in! Lane Swim is geared toward fitness swimmers, with lane ropes out so you can swim uninterrupted.
Good to know:
- The hot tub, slide and leisure pool are not open during lane swim.
- No toys, please — this time is reserved for lap swimming.
- No age restrictions, but the under-8 supervision policy still applies (must be within arm’s reach of an active supervisor/caregiver 13+, unless they’ve passed the facility swim test).
- Lane Swim runs consistently in the mornings for early risers, with additional times occasionally added as the schedule allows.
LANE + Leisure
A relaxed time for the whole family. Lane + Leisure combines open lanes for fitness swimmers with leisure pool access for families and kids.
Good to know:
- Lanes remain open for lane swimmers.
- The hot tub is open.
- The slide and pool toys (sprayers, etc.) are not open/on during this time.
- Parent + Tot classes are offered during Lane + Leisure and are taught in the leisure pool.
- Children under 8 must always be within arm’s reach of an active supervisor or caregiver at least 13 years of age, unless they have successfully passed the facility swim test overseen by a lifeguard.
Aquafit
A fun, low-impact workout in the water — set to music and easy on the joints. Open to anyone, any age, any skill level. No swimming experience needed!
Good to know:
- Classes run 45 minutes and are taught by our in-house instructors.
- Aquatic fitness equipment is used throughout the class.
- The hot tub opens at the end of class for some well-earned relaxing.
- The leisure pool, slide, and toys are not open/on during Aquafit.
New! Summer Splash Fitness Series
We’re launching something brand new this summer! The Summer Splash Fitness Series is a 9-week aquatic fitness program led by a group-certified instructor, designed to build strength, confidence, and endurance in the water.
Please note: In July, this time slot is reserved exclusively for the Summer Splash Fitness Series — the pool will not be open for other programming during this time.
When: Starting July 2, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:00–5:55 p.m. (MT)
What you can expect: Classes will draw from a variety of themes over the course of the series, including:

- Lower Body Power
- Upper Body Strength
- Core & Stability
- Aqua Boxing & Athletic Movement
- Balance & Coordination
- Cardio Endurance Challenge
- Full Body Circuit Training
- Summer Splash Finale
How to join:
- Sign up for the full 9-session series in July, or 8 sessions in August.
- Drop-in to individual classes (pay at counter).
- Monthly or whole-season pricing available.
